Silverio Chucho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, Tetra Pack FC's goal looked a bit too open when Petri Puranen came free, but Silverio Chucho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Camilo Aballe kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 14th minute of the match Leevi Savijoki shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Silverio Chucho showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Tetra Pack FC's Silverio Chucho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aadolf Lehti in the 15th minute of play. 16 minutes in the game, Camilo Aballe fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Teemu Koponen having to interfere. In the 18th minute, Nereo Gaur ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Teemu Koponen was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Camilo Aballe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute Orvo Meltoranta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silverio Chucho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Tetra Pack FC booed when Galand FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petri Puranen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Galand FC's goalkeeper Teemu Koponen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Nereo Gaur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Nereo Gaur came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Tetra Pack FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nereo Gaur couldn't finish the play. If Camilo Aballe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Orvo Meltoranta was the one to do the kick off. Silverio Chucho came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Galand FC's Aadolf Lehti. But to his dismay, Aadolf Lehti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 55th minute Orvo Meltoranta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silverio Chucho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Galand FC's Aadolf Lehti slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Silverio Chucho. That made the score 1-3 after 58 minutes of play. Melquiades Gaxan shot a long shot in the 63rd minute and a light blocked Teemu Koponen hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 2-3. Galand FC's Teemu Koponen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camilo Aballe in the 70th minute of play. Silverio Chucho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orvo Meltoranta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Teemu Koponen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camilo Aballe, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 93rd minute, Galand FC's Aadolf Lehti dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-6.
