Csabagyöngye's Mátyás Kiprich was substituted for Zsigmond Toldi. 52 minutes into the match, Kálmán Udvarhelyi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Károly Sebes. Szajk LC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kálmán Udvarhelyi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Péter Tisza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcell Sinkó in the 96th minute of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
