With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guilherme Souza in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Inocencio Gimenez saved Gutenberg from getting behind. Inocencio Gimenez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guilherme Souza in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Cesinha Vieira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ivo Ramalho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Desiderio Gonzales in the 14th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Guilherme Souza reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Inocencio Gimenez. The goal made the score 2-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Imbituba - FSCMZ's Guilherme Souza slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Inocencio Gimenez. That made the score 3-0 after 19 minutes of play. When Júnior Mattos fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Imbituba - FSCMZ's protests and gave Júnior Mattos a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Gutenberg booed when Imbituba - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Júnior Mattos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Inocencio Gimenez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guilherme Souza, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. A collision led to Imbituba - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. William Breckenfeld hit a great ball. Prudencio Romo hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 29th minute, Imbituba - FSCMZ's Guilherme Souza ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Inocencio Gimenez. Inocencio Gimenez yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. William Breckenfeld kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Inocencio Gimenez was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Guilherme Souza capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Guilherme Souza really showed his touch with that goal: 5-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cesinha Vieira was the one to do the kick off. After 53 played minutes Gutenberg got a freekick which was hit by Fermin Sein. Inocencio Gimenez came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Imbituba - FSCMZ's Guilherme Souza. But to his dismay, Guilherme Souza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Inocencio Gimenez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Guilherme Souza went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Inocencio Gimenez didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Imbituba - FSCMZ's Guilherme Souza shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 8-0 in the ordered_time% minute. After 66 played minutes Imbituba - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by William Breckenfeld. After 69 played minutes Imbituba - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Cesinha Vieira. Inocencio Gimenez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guilherme Souza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Imbituba - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Ivo Ramalho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A sloppy throw-in by Fermin Sein in the 78th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Imbituba - FSCMZ's Sérgio de Sena. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guilherme Souza in the 78th minute of play forced Gutenberg's goalkeeper Inocencio Gimenez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Gutenberg's Oscar Erramu got a free kick in the 79th minute. Inocencio Gimenez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guilherme Souza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gutenberg's supporters rose to their feet, but Desiderio Gonzales was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivo Ramalho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 91 played minutes Imbituba - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Sérgio de Sena. Inocencio Gimenez came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Imbituba - FSCMZ's Guilherme Souza. But to his dismay, Guilherme Souza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0.
