In the 17thth minute of the game Viktor Alebeck who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Westbam's Zbyszko Drapinski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jens-Åke Hellkvist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zbyszko Drapinski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Westbam's Ryszard Bryk got a free kick in the 21st minute. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Herman Damm sped through Westbam's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zbyszko Drapinski. Zbyszko Drapinski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Viktor Alebeck went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Viktor Alebeck scored 0-3 in the 48th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zbyszko Drapinski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Szczepan Ikalewicz to make the kick off. Zbyszko Drapinski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jens-Åke Hellkvist in the 54th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Viktor Alebeck in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zbyszko Drapinski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 61st minute, Sten Stål made a precise shot to the right of Zbyszko Drapinski. Westbam's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Thanks to some nice moves Sten Stål could shoot a difficult shot in the 64th minute, which Zbyszko Drapinski however easily saved by the left post. Janusz Murdza charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Janusz Murdza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Kattvik kings booed when Westbam was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Janusz Murdza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Viktor Alebeck could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Zbyszko Drapinski made a huge save. Viktor Alebeck took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zbyszko Drapinski. Zbyszko Drapinski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Czeslaw Kolacki's late challenge caught a Kattvik kings's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Czeslaw Kolacki helped the player get up and apologised. Kattvik kings played a much better game than Westbam and deserved their victory. The Westbam players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
