But to his dismay, Sam Yang quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. A collision led to Inter Gala getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Eg Nudel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Vítor Nóbrega in the 25th minute of the match. Samyang Ramen's Eg Nudel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ademar Figueiredo in the 26th minute of play. Starkaður Smakaev received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Olívio Abraão came out and tried to block the shot, but Starkaður Smakaev slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 28th minute. When John Blomberg fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Samyang Ramen's protests and gave John Blomberg a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Samyang Ramen's John Blomberg got a free kick in the 34th minute. With an all-out effort, Samyang Ramen's Olívio Abraão threw himself towards the right post 42 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sam Yang, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Olívio Abraão made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when John Blomberg sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Samyang Ramen's Sven Brogren got a free kick in the 45th minute. Dadá Cavalcante took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 46th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Eg Nudel. Samyang Ramen's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ricardinho de Souza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Samyang Ramen booed when Inter Gala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armandinho Queiroz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joel Myr took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Olívio Abraão. Olívio Abraão dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Samyang Ramen made a substitution. Albin Hammarström replaced John Blomberg. Samyang Ramen's Rudolf Öfverman was substituted for Walter Tönnberg. Inter Gala's Olívio Abraão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Myr in the 61st minute of play. Olívio Abraão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sam Yang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olívio Abraão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Myr in the 75th minute of play. 76 minutes into the game, Alexandre Barbosa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Inter Gala's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Samyang Ramen the free kick. In the 76th minute, Alexandre Barbosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Albin Hammarström in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Olívio Abraão prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Olívio Abraão came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Samyang Ramen's Sam Yang. But to his dismay, Sam Yang quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. Olívio Abraão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Starkaður Smakaev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olívio Abraão didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sam Yang went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. Alexandre Barbosa got his second yellow card in the match during the 95th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Inter Gala's Alexandre Barbosa got a free kick in the 95th minute. Olívio Abraão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Starkaður Smakaev in the 96th minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Samyang Ramen fully deserved thier win.
