After a rather tough play, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Silvestre Cuartio got a free kick in the 6th minute. In the 7thth minute of the game Alejandro Espina who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Eugenio Nesto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ricardo Ceberiche made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arturo Lopez in the 10th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alejandro Espina got free with Eugenio Nesto in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ricardo Ceberiche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Victoro, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Washington Piedrahita struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Eugenio Nesto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Roneros F.C.. If Alejandro Espina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejandro Espina in the 24th minute of play forced Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's goalkeeper Eugenio Nesto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alejandro Espina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 26th minute Alejandro Espina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Nesto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eugenio Nesto came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Roneros F.C.'s Alejandro Espina. But to his dismay, Alejandro Espina quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 34 minutes into the game, Gabriel Victoro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Roneros F.C. the free kick. A collision led to Deportivo Pomelo Nenene getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Gabriel Victoro hit a great ball. 35 minutes into the match, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's goalkeeper Eugenio Nesto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alejandro Espina. After 36 played minutes Roneros F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Ortiz Apellaniz. Roneros F.C.'s Ricardo Ceberiche played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Victoro in the 37th minute of play. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's defense didn't have a chance, in the 41st minute, when Alejandro Espina scored to the left of an out of position Eugenio Nesto, making the score, 2-0. Fabricio Inocente kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arturo Lopez to strike the kick off in the second half. Eugenio Nesto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejandro Espina in the 54th minute of the match. Roneros F.C. made a substitution. Leonard Lamczyk replaced Pontus Picado. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's attentive Fabricio Inocente managed to snatch the ball when Ke Yin made a throw-in in the 57th minute of the game. In the 59th minute Arturo Lopez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Ceberiche saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bone Ascarraga's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eugenio Nesto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Bone Ascarraga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eugenio Nesto was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Bone Ascarraga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Eugenio Nesto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bone Ascarraga, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute.
It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Roneros F.C. had played much better football throughout.
