Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tiberiu Caramarin started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Carlos-Henrique Casemiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gernando Azevedo took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Calistrat Madgearu. Calistrat Madgearu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Tiberiu Caramarin came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the MIT Craiova fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tiberiu Caramarin couldn't finish the play. Calistrat Madgearu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gernando Azevedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tiberiu Caramarin got free with Ruy Montenegro in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 23rd minute, Gernando Azevedo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Calistrat Madgearu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Gernando Azevedo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Gernando Azevedo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Calistrat Madgearu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Calistrat Madgearu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gernando Azevedo went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Ruy Montenegro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiberiu Caramarin in the 30th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Florin Seremet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rdth minute of the game Gernando Azevedo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MIT Craiova's Calistrat Madgearu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. MIT Craiova's Calistrat Madgearu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arjen Robben in the 35th minute of play. Calistrat Madgearu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gernando Azevedo in the 36th minute of the match. After the first half Los Andes FC - FSCMZ were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The audience was convinced that Gernando Azevedo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Calistrat Madgearu was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiberiu Caramarin in the 54th minute of play forced Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Ruy Montenegro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute MIT Craiova were awarded a corner. Nicodim Orășan went to the cornerflag to take it. Nicodim Orășan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Ruy Montenegro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in MIT Craiova's zone, Gernando Azevedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Calistrat Madgearu came out of the goal and Gernando Azevedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 71st minute, Dorin Banu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ruy Montenegro was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. MIT Craiova's David Tunander was substituted for Dorin Banu. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Ruy Montenegro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Tunander in the 75th minute of play. In the 78th minute Tiberiu Caramarin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruy Montenegro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ruy Montenegro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Tunander in the 79th minute of the match. Calistrat Madgearu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gernando Azevedo in the 80th minute of play. MIT Craiova's Fabian Geantă was substituted for Mihăiţă Ilarie. In the 83rd minute of the match Los Andes FC - FSCMZ got a corner. MIT Craiova's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hidayet Baran ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ruy Montenegro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Geantă in the 84th minute of the match. When MIT Craiova's Tiberiu Caramarin in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's goalie prevented a goal. Ruy Montenegro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiberiu Caramarin in the 86th minute of play. David Tunander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruy Montenegro having to interfere. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Miguel Lito was substituted for Gernando Azevedo. Ruy Montenegro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tiberiu Caramarin's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Ruy Montenegro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Tunander in the 95th minute of play. Ruy Montenegro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Geantă in the 96th minute of the match.

The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Los Andes FC - FSCMZ eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
