Deportivo David Mardel's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Powiśle Warszawa the free kick. Powiśle Warszawa's Artur Scigan was substituted for Jacob Jakubowski. After a rather tough play, Deportivo David Mardel's Urbano Blasco got a free kick in the 6th minute. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Benito Gaufred sped through Deportivo David Mardel's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vicente Baristo. Deportivo David Mardel's Vicente Baristo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcin Mnich in the 21st minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Deportivo David Mardel's goal looked a bit too open when Marcin Kuźba came free, but Vicente Baristo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Deportivo David Mardel defense, Benito Gaufred kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vicente Baristo. The Deportivo David Mardel fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vicente Baristo should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benito Gaufred in the 27th minute of play forced Deportivo David Mardel's goalkeeper Vicente Baristo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute, Benito Gaufred made a precise shot to the right of Vicente Baristo. Deportivo David Mardel's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Vicente Baristo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ryan Giggs in the 34th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benito Gaufred in the 36th minute of play forced Deportivo David Mardel's goalkeeper Vicente Baristo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vicente Baristo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcin Kuźba in the 38th minute of play. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Benito Gaufred might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vicente Baristo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benito Gaufred ran back to his position shaking his head. Vicente Baristo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benito Gaufred in the 57th minute of play. Vicente Baristo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. In the 73rd minute, Powiśle Warszawa's Benito Gaufred dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. Benito Gaufred had several of the Deportivo David Mardel's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 79 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-8 score and a disappointed Vicente Baristo as he didn't even see the shot coming. A collision led to Deportivo David Mardel getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Marcelo Polino hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 83 minutes, Vicente Baristo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 84 minutes into the match, Powiśle Warszawa's goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Nikola came free, but Boguslaw Jucha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benito Gaufred blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vicente Baristo having to make a save. 87 minutes into the match, Deportivo David Mardel's goal looked a bit too open when Benito Gaufred came free, but Vicente Baristo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ryan Giggs blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vicente Baristo having to make a save. Powiśle Warszawa played a much better game than Deportivo David Mardel and deserved their victory. The Deportivo David Mardel players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
