Rubén-Osvaldo Cousillas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jairo Dantel, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jairo Dantel made a kick off. Staffan Nord made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Ignacio Circelli in the 52nd minute of play. Rubén-Osvaldo Cousillas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexander Zaccardi, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Cipriano Munhoz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 73rdth minute tested the skills of Staffan Nord when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 76th minute Olliver Van Meirhaeghe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Staffan Nord saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
