Flávio Terra was left in no man's land by his defense there! Laércio Amorim made in the 11th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Dreas Jamieson. The supporters of SC Conceição booed when America Futebol Clube SP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laércio Amorim didn't get a good kick on the ball. When SC Conceição's Florentino Cedro in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye America Futebol Clube SP's goalie prevented a goal. America Futebol Clube SP's Stefan Rasiak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save America Futebol Clube SP from getting a goal against them. Stefan Rasiak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zacarías Batistuta in the 25th minute. After 26 played minutes SC Conceição got a freekick which was hit by Joãozinho Amigo. Cristian Nevares's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 28thth minute, Stefan Rasiak skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Florentino Cedro took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Stefan Rasiak to make any attempt to save it. Stefan Rasiak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florentino Cedro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When America Futebol Clube SP's Iago Bala in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Conceição's goalie prevented a goal. After 39 played minutes America Futebol Clube SP got a freekick which was hit by Iago Bala. With a little luck, America Futebol Clube SP's Stefan Rasiak got control of the ball when Cristian Nevares tried to sneak it across the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, SC Conceição's goal looked a bit too open when Iago Bala came free, but Flávio Terra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Iago Bala stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Florentino Cedro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Iago Bala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Flávio Terra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in SC Conceição's zone, Jeronimo Rico stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Flávio Terra came out of the goal and Jeronimo Rico tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Flávio Terra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miko Lehkosuo in the 65th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Miko Lehkosuo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Flávio Terra was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Flávio Terra was out of position in the 69 minute of play, and Jeronimo Rico capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jeronimo Rico really showed his touch with that goal: 3-2. America Futebol Clube SP made a substitution. Gwidon Wieloch replaced Maksymilian Sobczak. A sloppy throw-in by Joãozinho Amigo in the 75th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by America Futebol Clube SP's Laércio Amorim. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jeronimo Rico got free with Flávio Terra in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 80th minute, SC Conceição's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jeronimo Rico fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. SC Conceição's Alberto de Mendonça was substituted for Mustafa Ekrem İmruz. America Futebol Clube SP's Stefan Rasiak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florentino Cedro in the 86th minute of play. In the 90th match minute, SC Conceição was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joãozinho Amigo to maneuver through the defense. Stefan Rasiak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Nevares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the America Futebol Clube SP players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for SC Conceição.
