Markus Paul Hattermann was slow to take the kick. During this time Grêmio RK75's players had a chance to rest. 76 minutes into the match, Grêmio RK75's goal looked a bit too open when Leandro Vianna came free, but João Francisco Tinoco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 82 minutes, Raffael Quiroga successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Zé Carlos Quintal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Raffael Quiroga made a huge save. Austra VFC made a substitution. Despite this Raffael Quiroga quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 88th minute, one of Austra VFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Austra VFC. Markus Paul Hattermann hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. The Grêmio RK75 supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Grêmio RK75 would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
