Xaiver Besa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 7th minute Xaiver Besa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Bero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE's zone, Xaiver Besa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jaime Bero came out of the goal and Xaiver Besa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Romeo Jurado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Jaime Bero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 18 minutes, Xaiver Besa made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. C.S. y D. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE's goalkeeper Jaime Bero, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. GENERAL LAVALLE's players were relieved. 69 minutes into the game, Romeo Jurado cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Jaime Bero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Navalito's Elazar Cacho was substituted for Lorencio Winter. Navalito's Maurín Costabal was substituted for Paulo José Carioca. After 80th play minutes Xaiver Besa shot 0-10, a short shot which went by Jaime Bero and just under the crossbar into goal. Navalito's Xaiver Besa got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In a very dangerous position, a player in C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 86th minute. Penalty! The crowd rose to their feet as Xaiver Besa kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jaime Bero. That made the score 0-12 in the 93 minute of play. Jaime Bero was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Xaiver Besa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-13 in the 98 minute of play. The C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Navalito were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
