The corner ended in Laureano Jon almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Monteagudo's Guido Lizer did a great save. After a rather tough play, C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE's Silverio Bertin got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Jaime Bero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After 53 played minutes C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE got a freekick which was hit by Isidoro Nesto. The supporters of Monteagudo booed when C.S. y D. Higinio Pereyra kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Marciano Cordarell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaime Bero having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Arsenio Herensuge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Monteagudo players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
