Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cole Ciccaglione took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute Anísio Araújo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pascal Collier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Caco Tróia managed to avoid a goal in the 7thth minute, when Mountain West FC's Cole Ciccaglione fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Pascal Collier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerônimo Queirós, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Cole Ciccaglione took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Caco Tróia to make any attempt to save it. The supporters of Mountain West FC booed when Moura was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jerônimo Queirós didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pascal Collier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anísio Araújo in the 21st minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Cole Ciccaglione got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cole Ciccaglione struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Caco Tróia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mountain West FC. Mountain West FC's Pascal Collier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mané Quirino in the 28th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Mané Quirino notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Mountain West FC's Pascal Collier. Pascal Collier was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cole Ciccaglione in the 32ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Caco Tróia, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Cole Ciccaglione who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 32ndth minute tested the skills of Caco Tróia when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a little luck, Moura's Caco Tróia got control of the ball when Cole Ciccaglione tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Moura defense, Cole Ciccaglione kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Caco Tróia. The Moura fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Caco Tróia should have stopped the shot. Anísio Araújo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jerônimo Queirós made a kick off. Pascal Collier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anísio Araújo in the 54th minute of play. Mané Quirino scored 3-2 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pascal Collier, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Mountain West FC's Roderick Burnham got a free kick in the 61st minute. After 65 played minutes Moura got a freekick which was hit by Antônio de Salles. After recieving a nice pass, Mountain West FC's Van Walls tried to score from far away in the 66th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Cole Ciccaglione's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Caco Tróia was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. 71 minutes into the match, Mané Quirino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pascal Collier. Mountain West FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mané Quirino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. In the 77th minute, Jean Senna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Caco Tróia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cole Ciccaglione in the 78th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cole Ciccaglione in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Caco Tróia saved Moura from getting behind. 82 minutes into the match, Mané Quirino notched a goal, 3-4, to the right of Mountain West FC's Pascal Collier. Pascal Collier was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pascal Collier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jerônimo Queirós, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88th minute, Leif Donaldson made a precise shot to the right of Caco Tróia. Moura's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-4. After 95 minutes, Lino Peres mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Moura and the Mountain West FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 95th match minute, Moura was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lino Peres to maneuver through the defense. Mountain West FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Moura had controlled the match.
