Teodoro Dundan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonah LaCaille went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Teodoro Dundan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Georges Howard, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Toronto United's Coleman Boisclair played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnau Venegas in the 10th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Arnau Venegas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Coleman Boisclair was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. Coleman Boisclair was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Reces Ayorecha showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 18 minute of play. Navalito's Teodoro Dundan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Georges Howard in the 22nd minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Moses Stratton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Barnabé Clinton kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. A collision led to Navalito getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Reces Ayorecha hit a great ball. The supporters of Toronto United booed when Navalito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Luis Maralla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Reces Ayorecha kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. If Reces Ayorecha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Navalito's Arnau Venegas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Coleman Boisclair. That made the score 2-1 after 40 minutes of play. Georges Howard kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arnau Venegas to strike the kick off in the second half. Saverio Castillo Velasco's late challenge caught a Toronto United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Saverio Castillo Velasco helped the player get up and apologised. In the 59th minute, Arnau Venegas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Coleman Boisclair was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Teodoro Dundan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Georges Howard in the 62nd minute of the match. 68 minutes into the match, Salbatore Eslava had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Coleman Boisclair. Toronto United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Salbatore Eslava was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. Coleman Boisclair showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Luis Maralla in the 74th minute of the match. 75 minutes had been played when some careless play by Toronto United's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Saverio Castillo Velasco was slow to take the kick. During this time Navalito's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Navalito's Saverio Castillo Velasco to fire away a dangerous shot which Coleman Boisclair despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Madeo Aboitiz took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Coleman Boisclair. Coleman Boisclair dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. After some careless play in the Toronto United defense, Arnau Venegas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Coleman Boisclair. The Toronto United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Coleman Boisclair should have stopped the shot. Reces Ayorecha scored 8-1 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Coleman Boisclair, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Arnau Venegas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Navalito's Salbatore Eslava got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Navalito's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
