Fábio Ramalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Freddy Cordarrell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edinho Fonseca kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejandro Adrio in the 11th minute of play forced Juventus Tatuquara's goalkeeper Fábio Ramalho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 15 played minutes Juventus Tatuquara got a freekick which was hit by Roger Proença. After some careless play in the Juventus Tatuquara defense, Freddy Cordarrell kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fábio Ramalho. The Juventus Tatuquara fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fábio Ramalho should have stopped the shot. Freddy Cordarrell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zézinho Lopez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Fábio Ramalho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A sloppy throw-in by Timmy Zander in the 27th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Juventus Tatuquara's Zachariasz Drzewucki. Roger Proença could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Xande Gay made a huge save. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Juventus Tatuquara's goalkeeper Fábio Ramalho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Freddy Cordarrell in the 37th minute of play forced Juventus Tatuquara's goalkeeper Fábio Ramalho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juventus Tatuquara's Fábio Ramalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Freddy Cordarrell in the 42nd minute of play. Sport Club Mavericks's attentive Timmy Zander managed to snatch the ball when Zachariasz Drzewucki made a throw-in in the 44th minute of the game. Serafim Toledo kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After the first half Sport Club Mavericks were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zézinho Lopez to strike the kick off in the second half. Freddy Cordarrell didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-3 via right post in the game's 54th minute. Sport Club Mavericks's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! The audience thought a goal was coming when Freddy Cordarrell got free with Fábio Ramalho in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sport Club Mavericks made a substitution. Deivid Fantini replaced Zézinho Lopez. Sport Club Mavericks made a substitution. Claudemiro Fragoso replaced Freddy Cordarrell. Timmy Zander got a throw-in 66 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Deivid Fantini. But to his dismay, Claudemiro Fragoso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. In the 73rd minute Germano Veiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xande Gay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juventus Tatuquara's Fábio Ramalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Deivid Fantini in the 75th minute of play. The supporters of Sport Club Mavericks booed when Juventus Tatuquara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felippe Faria didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Deivid Fantini got free with Fábio Ramalho in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
