Marcos Basso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stefan Huban, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute 邓荣梁 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Basso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 32 minutes, Gencer Hisarcık made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Skovlunde Galaxicos's Torben Drieø tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Miki Jungslund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 38 minutes into the match, The Shadows's goal looked a bit too open when Stefan Huban came free, but Marcos Basso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Skovlunde Galaxicos's zone, Herbert Holmgren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Torben Drieø came out of the goal and Herbert Holmgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gencer Hisarcık stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The Shadows's Karl-Åke Andreasson got a good chance for a goal in the 50th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 52nd minute, Gencer Hisarcık ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Torben Drieø was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Torben Drieø stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gencer Hisarcık's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. After 56 minutes, Gencer Hisarcık made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Niklas Lundqvist couldn't finish the play.
