Karl-Erik Norström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dario Wilhelm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kevin Keegan, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. A nice corner shot did that Knut Rudberg got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dario Wilhelm quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Skövde AIK's Karl-Erik Norström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amir Lee in the 77th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amir Lee in the 79th minute of play forced Skövde AIK's goalkeeper Karl-Erik Norström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Amir Lee had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Karl-Erik Norström. Skövde AIK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Amir Lee was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Skövde AIK's Kevin Keegan in the 89th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Dario Wilhelm was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Cascade Park West through an amazing save.
