In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Real Chelsea's goalkeeper Caleb Price, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for CJ Townsley to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nat Cohens in the 52nd minute of play forced The Handsome Wizards UTD's goalkeeper Luke Hollingsworth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 53rd minute, Alfie Downing ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luke Hollingsworth was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when CJ Townsley got free with Caleb Price in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Christos Dimitrakos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Caleb Price was a little too slow when CJ Townsley got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 69th minute. The score was now 2-4. The supporters of The Handsome Wizards UTD booed when Real Chelsea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gus Weir didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Christos Dimitrakos put it in 2-5 from a short distance just to the right of Caleb Price. Real Chelsea's Vern Pickard managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Stevie Sullivan in the 82 minute of the game. Luke Hollingsworth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gus Weir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 88 minutes of play, Real Chelsea's Gus Weir made it 3-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luke Hollingsworth was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. The Handsome Wizards UTD had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
