Gocha Head Son ran back to his position shaking his head. 20 minutes into the match, Samurai Champions FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gocha Head Son came free, but Márcio de Brito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Márcio de Brito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gocha Head Son in the 22nd minute of the match. The corner led FC Barrera 2.0's Guilherme de Carvalho to fire away a dangerous shot which Márcio de Brito despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Lech Urban made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cido Recife in the 25th minute. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Barrera 2.0's goalkeeper Lech Urban, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 29 minutes into the match, FC Barrera 2.0's Gocha Head Son sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Márcio de Brito narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gocha Head Son stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Samurai Champions FC's Luís Eduardo Batista was substituted for Amílton Cordeiro. Samurai Champions FC's Francesco Cieri quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Marco Abreu, made in the 59th minute of the game. Lech Urban took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franklin do Nascimento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lech Urban made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franklin do Nascimento in the 74th minute of play. If Acácio Tavares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
