In the 10th minute Rene Sarracino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Forsyth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Róbson Mangueira hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. George Forsyth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raul Ondino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. George Forsyth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramiro Oroitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 21st minute Rene Sarracino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Forsyth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to CD Municipal getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Iacob Roman hit a great ball. Lia Vela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Cassaretto in the 29th minute of the match. Lia Vela came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by CD Municipal's Martino Armona. But to his dismay, Martino Armona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. George Forsyth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raul Ondino, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enrique Cassaretto got free with Lia Vela in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ramiro Oroitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without George Forsyth having to interfere. Enrique Cassaretto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lia Vela read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. George Forsyth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raul Ondino, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Enrique Cassaretto made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Róbson Mangueira in the 51st minute of play forced CD Municipal's goalkeeper George Forsyth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 54 minutes, Enrique Cassaretto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CD Municipal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enrique Cassaretto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Club Sports Pergamino's Rene Sarracino got a free kick in the 57th minute. CD Municipal made a substitution. Oalo Dean replaced Enrique Cassaretto. If Ryota Miyagi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute of the match CD Municipal got a corner. Club Sports Pergamino's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Călin Morovan ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led CD Municipal's Călin Morovan to fire away a dangerous shot which Lia Vela despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After having played for 84 minutes, Oalo Dean managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CD Municipal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oalo Dean was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lia Vela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ryota Miyagi, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Lia Vela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oalo Dean in the 89th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Ryota Miyagi notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Club Sports Pergamino's Lia Vela. Lia Vela was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lia Vela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oalo Dean in the 94th minute of the match. After 95 minutes Club Sports Pergamino's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Călin Morovan who took care of the corner kick. CD Municipal were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Club Sports Pergamino for a fine match.
