Batıkan Muhsin made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Andy Cole sent off a good shot on target. In the 27thth minute of the game Andy Cole who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's Batıkan Muhsin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Egun Pais didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Barnaba Kolba went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 42 minutes into the match, Floresta Negra FC's goal looked a bit too open when Barnaba Kolba came free, but Egun Pais reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC booed when Floresta Negra FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lokon Pøhl didn't get a good kick on the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Barnaba Kolba made a kick off. Güner Perva made in the 51st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Barnaba Kolba however managed to control. A throw-in in the 60th minute of the game was made by Güner Perva with Barnaba Kolba as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 61st minute, Jerzy Zjawin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Batıkan Muhsin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerzy Zjawin in the 64th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Barnaba Kolba got free with Egun Pais in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 78th match minute, Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa İzzet Hazer to maneuver through the defense. Mustafa İzzet Hazer hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Barnaba Kolba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egun Pais having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andy Cole in the 94th minute of play forced Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's goalkeeper Batıkan Muhsin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
