In a very dangerous position, a player in Tatooine Local Club fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 11th minute. Penalty! Paul Ogot had in the 13thth minute some difficulties stopping Rafael Baptista's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Durval da Costa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joseph Lagat in the 15th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Charles Wambui ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Durval da Costa was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Durval da Costa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dennis Wanjohi, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Cléberson Leme blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paul Ogot having to make a save. Warriors Máfia's Cléberson Leme got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Paul Ogot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Alberto Kempes in the 29th minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Warriors Máfia's goal looked a bit too open when Dennis Wanjohi came free, but Durval da Costa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Durval da Costa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charles Wambui in the 36th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the game, Tatooine Local Club's Fazul Mwaura nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Durval da Costa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Durval da Costa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charles Wambui, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mario Alberto Kempes to make the kick off. Warriors Máfia's Durval da Costa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Warriors Máfia from getting a goal against them. 55 minutes into the match, Warriors Máfia's goalkeeper Durval da Costa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dennis Wanjohi. Warriors Máfia's Durval da Costa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fazul Mwaura in the 58th minute of play. Warriors Máfia made a substitution. Egídio Linhares replaced Cléberson Leme. Warriors Máfia made a substitution. An unexpectedly hard shot by Egídio Linhares in the 84th minute of play forced Tatooine Local Club's goalkeeper Paul Ogot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Durval da Costa was a little too slow when Dennis Wanjohi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 86th minute. The score was now 0-3. Durval da Costa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dennis Wanjohi in the 91st minute. Egídio Linhares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Tatooine Local Club players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
