Frutos Mallo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conrado Dimas in the 14th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mitch Dekens in the 19th minute of play forced Курск ФК's goalkeeper Frutos Mallo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Курск ФК's goalie and right to Sten Nordin. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Курск ФК's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After 26 played minutes Waffem Fc got a freekick which was hit by Aristides Etxeberri. Waffem Fc's Aaron Inge proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Waffem Fc from getting a goal against them. 32 minutes into the match, Waffem Fc's goalkeeper Aaron Inge had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andrey Denisov. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Conrado Dimas in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Frutos Mallo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Conrado Dimas in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Frutos Mallo saved Курск ФК from getting behind. Aaron Inge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrey Denisov in the 44th minute of play. 47 minutes into the game, Курск ФК's Andrey Denisov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aaron Inge made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Waffem Fc made a substitution. Mateo Montes replaced Aristides Etxeberri. Waffem Fc's Claudio Paris was substituted for Leonardo Acosta. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Frutos Mallo made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Mitch Dekens sent off a good shot on target. Курск ФК's attentive Taras Baranov managed to snatch the ball when Adolfo Montes made a throw-in in the 63rd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrey Denisov in the 64th minute of play forced Waffem Fc's goalkeeper Aaron Inge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Mitch Dekens could shoot a difficult shot in the 67th minute, which Frutos Mallo however easily saved by the left post. With a little luck, Курск ФК's Frutos Mallo got control of the ball when Mitch Dekens tried to sneak it across the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, Waffem Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Andrey Denisov came free, but Aaron Inge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andrey Denisov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aaron Inge having to make a save. Курск ФК's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andrey Denisov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Курск ФК made a substitution. Boris Basalaev replaced Andrey Denisov. The audience thought a goal was coming when Conrado Dimas got free with Frutos Mallo in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leonid Bubnov kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Waffem Fc's Sten Nordin tried to score from far away in the 95th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Курск ФК were victorious despite being under pressure from Waffem Fc for much of the match.
