Alberto Tevez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu made a huge save. Łukasz Zwolinski might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emil Kiepski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Łukasz Zwolinski ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience was convinced that Bruno Marceau's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emil Kiepski was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tevez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tevez in the 23rd minute of play forced FFC Merainies 03's goalkeeper Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 27 minutes into the match, FC Kadzidlowen's goal looked a bit too open when Łukasz Zwolinski came free, but Emil Kiepski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emil Kiepski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Łukasz Zwolinski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Kadzidlowen's Emil Kiepski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Łukasz Zwolinski in the 37th minute of play. Maksymilian Sedzikowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu made a huge save. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Alberto Tevez made the kick off in the second half. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Alberto Tevez sped through FFC Merainies 03's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu. Patryk Brack's late challenge caught a FFC Merainies 03's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The FFC Merainies 03 fans' excitement grew in the 64th match minute when FFC Merainies 03's Fabio Botello looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alberto Tevez in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. FFC Merainies 03's Łukasz Zwolinski got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. FC Kadzidlowen's Bernie Gauthier was substituted for Maksymilian Sedzikowski. FC Kadzidlowen's Charis Leontiou was substituted for Alberto Tevez. Łukasz Zwolinski kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 74th minute, FFC Merainies 03's Łukasz Zwolinski ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Emil Kiepski. Emil Kiepski yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leon Craandijk in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emil Kiepski saved FC Kadzidlowen from getting behind. Emil Kiepski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leon Craandijk, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernie Gauthier in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu saved FFC Merainies 03 from getting behind. Łukasz Zwolinski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edin Cocalić in the 94th minute of the match.
