Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Arnaldo Ortega started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd match minute, SSC Special Eleven was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Demetrio Chiarelli to maneuver through the defense. Sílvio Piola kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Militros F.C.'s Oséas Baptista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfonso Mauro in the 9th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as SSC Special Eleven's Sílvio Piola slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Oséas Baptista. That made the score 2-0 after 18 minutes of play. The supporters of SSC Special Eleven booed when Militros F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnaldo Ortega didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bruno Andreoli's late challenge caught a Militros F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bruno Andreoli helped the player get up and apologised. After 27 played minutes SSC Special Eleven got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Andreoli. When Dennis Termander came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the SSC Special Eleven fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dennis Termander couldn't finish the play. In the 34th minute Alfonso Mauro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oséas Baptista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damian Ştiopul made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Betão Machado in the 39th minute of play. Alfonso Mauro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Concetto Barberio hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dennis Termander stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Sílvio Piola got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Damian Ştiopul made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Ortega in the 54th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Stasys Būlis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Renatinho Lago could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Damian Ştiopul made a huge save. In the 68th minute Militros F.C. were awarded a corner. David Costa went to the cornerflag to take it. 74 minutes into the match, SSC Special Eleven's goal looked a bit too open when Arnaldo Ortega came free, but Damian Ştiopul reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute of the match Militros F.C. got a corner. SSC Special Eleven's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. David Costa ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a rather tough play, Militros F.C.'s Franklin Souza got a free kick in the 75th minute.
