In the 12th minute Tonico Tinoco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conor Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Conor Barrett had great luck who in the 13thth minute grab hold of the ball when Tonico Tinoco from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 15th minute of the match Inter Miami CF got a corner. Igni et ferro's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joe Pancken ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Joe Pancken almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Igni et ferro's Conor Barrett did a great save. Rigoberto Horado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pavel Dubinin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tonico Tinoco in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Conor Barrett saved Igni et ferro from getting behind. Inter Miami CF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joe Pancken in the 21st minute. Inter Miami CF's Joe Pancken was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Conor Barrett in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Conor Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tonico Tinoco in the 23rd minute of the match. Inter Miami CF's Rigoberto Horado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Guevara in the 24th minute of play. Conor Barrett made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tonico Tinoco in the 25th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 46 minutes, Conor Barrett successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Conor Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tonico Tinoco, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Inter Miami CF's Javier Fridman was substituted for Eriberto Miranda. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pavel Dubinin to strike the kick off in the second half. When Inter Miami CF's Tonico Tinoco in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Igni et ferro's goalie prevented a goal. Conor Barrett came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Inter Miami CF's Román Riquelme. But to his dismay, Román Riquelme quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 56th minute, Mikhail Kamaleev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 57th minute, Joe Pancken got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rigoberto Horado made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Gennadiy Lyashkevich sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guaberto Paio in the 64th minute of play forced Igni et ferro's goalkeeper Conor Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Tonico Tinoco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Conor Barrett was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Aleksey Glaz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Rigoberto Horado made a huge save. In the 69thth minute of the game Javier Fridman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Igni et ferro's Conor Barrett was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Igni et ferro's Alex Guevara got a free kick in the 72nd minute. 73 minutes into the match, Igni et ferro's goal looked a bit too open when Tonico Tinoco came free, but Conor Barrett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th minute, Pavel Dubinin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rigoberto Horado. The goal made the score 1-2. In the 80th minute, Pavel Dubinin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Igni et ferro fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. With a little luck, Inter Miami CF's Rigoberto Horado got control of the ball when Aleksey Glaz tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Tonico Tinoco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rigoberto Horado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aleksey Anyukov in the 88th minute. In the 91st minute Javier Fridman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conor Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 93 minutes into the match, Aleksey Anyukov dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rigoberto Horado, 1-4.
