Kong Zhi Wei started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute Lorenz Gundin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tonio Bergada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Avram Popoiu came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Eléctricos F.C.'s Luca Lechințan. But to his dismay, Luca Lechințan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Eléctricos F.C.'s goalkeeper Tonio Bergada, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 16 minutes into the match, Deportivo Damasco F.C.'s goalkeeper Avram Popoiu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vendel Ferenc. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cruz Guareña got free with Avram Popoiu in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Avram Popoiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vendel Ferenc, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. 25 minutes into the match, Eléctricos F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Tiadoro Cores came free, but Tonio Bergada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucas Merolla hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Avram Popoiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kong Zhi Wei in the 29th minute of play. Eléctricos F.C.'s Tonio Bergada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roman Corte in the 32nd minute of play. Arturo Persia hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Avram Popoiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luca Lechințan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Avram Popoiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luca Lechințan, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 45 minutes into the match, Deportivo Damasco F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Luca Lechințan came free, but Avram Popoiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Roman Corte managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Damasco F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Roman Corte was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tonio Bergada breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roman Corte made a kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Montxo Cabero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Damasco F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Montxo Cabero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Lorenz Gundin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Damasco F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Lorenz Gundin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tonio Bergada breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Tiadoro Cores had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. Jérémie Sarmiento might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Avram Popoiu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jérémie Sarmiento ran back to his position shaking his head. Avram Popoiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kong Zhi Wei in the 70th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kong Zhi Wei in the 85th minute of play forced Deportivo Damasco F.C.'s goalkeeper Avram Popoiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 86 minutes into the match, Deportivo Damasco F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Jérémie Sarmiento came free, but Avram Popoiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aldo Damasco had several of the Eléctricos F.C.'s defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 97 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Tonio Bergada as he didn't even see the shot coming.
