After a rather tough play, De Ontembare Leeuwen's Lindo Fortuin got a free kick in the 7th minute. After some careless play in the De Ontembare Leeuwen defense, Marcelo Chuan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Norberto Renteria. The De Ontembare Leeuwen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Norberto Renteria should have stopped the shot. Gianluca Kán showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesper Håkansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 22nd minute, Ntinos Trachanas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 25 minutes had been played when some careless play by De Ontembare Leeuwen's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Chucky Lozano was slow to take the kick. During this time Fashions del Averno's players had a chance to rest. After a defensive mix-up in De Ontembare Leeuwen's zone, Marcelo Chuan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Norberto Renteria came out of the goal and Marcelo Chuan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Norberto Renteria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Chuan in the 28th minute of play. De Ontembare Leeuwen were furious when Ilias Chatzidimitriou was red carded, 31 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 30th minute, one of De Ontembare Leeuwen:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for De Ontembare Leeuwen. Norberto Renteria had in the 32ndth minute some difficulties stopping Marcelo Chuan's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Marcelo Chuan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 36th minute Marcelo Chuan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norberto Renteria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jacco Hoving charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jacco Hoving the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, De Ontembare Leeuwen's Jacco Hoving got a free kick in the 39th minute. After 41 minutes of play, Fashions del Averno's Marcelo Chuan made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Norberto Renteria was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gianluca Kán showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Gustavo Anatibia in the 43rd minute of the match. Konstanty Pilarski kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcelo Chuan to strike the kick off in the second half. Norberto Renteria made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcelo Chuan in the 52nd minute. Marcelo Chuan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, De Ontembare Leeuwen's Norberto Renteria got control of the ball when Marcelo Chuan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marcelo Chuan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norberto Renteria having to interfere. Gianluca Kán took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Chabanenko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Marcelo Chuan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Dantel Lama had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fashions del Averno's Philip Goorts was substituted for Ntinos Trachanas. Carlos Gustavo Anatibia scored 1-2 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gianluca Kán, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 80 minutes into the match, De Ontembare Leeuwen's goalkeeper Norberto Renteria had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcelo Chuan. Lindo Fortuin kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Fashions del Averno's Marcelo Chuan dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. Jacco Hoving hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. When Marcelo Chuan in the 90th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Norberto Renteria kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-4 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Ivan Chabanenko made in the 94th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Carlos Gustavo Anatibia however managed to control. A collision led to Fashions del Averno getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Aurelio Gentza hit a great ball. The Fashions del Averno supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Fashions del Averno would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
