Savage Hippo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Martynas Jaras in the 23rd minute. Dobromir Malkanov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saulius Pilipavičius, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

With a little luck, АФК Фонтаните's Dobromir Malkanov got control of the ball when Edwin Grabert tried to sneak it across the goal line. Savage Hippo's Bengt-Arne Askstedt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehmet Efe Uzbay in the 86th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Savage Hippo's Edwin Grabert sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dobromir Malkanov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Antoni Kachamakov hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The АФК Фонтаните supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Savage Hippo's performance. The match ended with a win for Savage Hippo.
