Saverio Ladio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gervasio Miliano made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Nelsinho Marinho sent off a good shot on target. Palestra do Interior's Nelsinho Marinho was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 9th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 15th minute, Nelsinho Marinho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gervasio Miliano was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Gervasio Miliano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Toscano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gervasio Miliano didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Palestra do Interior's Nelsinho Marinho shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Nelsinho Marinho who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 28thth minute tested the skills of Gervasio Miliano when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 29th match minute, ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niceto Casomiro to maneuver through the defense. Zé Rafael received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Gervasio Miliano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Nelsinho Marinho reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gervasio Miliano. The goal made the score 7-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 7-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nelsinho Marinho to strike the kick off in the second half. Alex Toscano struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Gervasio Miliano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palestra do Interior. A collision led to ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★ getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Abelardo Ponciano hit a great ball. But to his dismay, Nelsinho Marinho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 15-0. There was no doubt that Palestra do Interior were the better team. Palestra do Interior's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
