Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fausto Pinti got the match started through his kick off. Fausto Pinti scored 1-0 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eriberto Queirós, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Eriberto Queirós was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mugurel Stanciu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 15 minute of play. Eriberto Queirós came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Eurospeed Asti's Fortunato Borromeo. But to his dismay, Fortunato Borromeo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Eriberto Queirós made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Pinti in the 28th minute of play. Eriberto Queirós showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fausto Pinti, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Engenheiros da Vila's goal looked a bit too open when Mugurel Stanciu came free, but Eriberto Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute Eliseu Brasil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damiano Battisti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Mugurel Stanciu notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Engenheiros da Vila's Eriberto Queirós. Eriberto Queirós was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 41 minutes into the match, Engenheiros da Vila's goalkeeper Eriberto Queirós had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jose Berdoi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sérgio Jacinto in the 42nd minute of play forced Eurospeed Asti's goalkeeper Damiano Battisti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Engenheiros da Vila getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Adriano Panella hit a great ball. After 44 played minutes, Eurospeed Asti's Alin Pätz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eriberto Queirós came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Eurospeed Asti reached it. Grant Irø hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Doğaner Çokay to make the kick off. Engenheiros da Vila's Eliseu Brasil got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Damiano Battisti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sérgio Jacinto in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd minute Engenheiros da Vila were awarded a corner. Gernando Sarmento went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Eurospeed Asti's goalie and right to Sérgio Jacinto. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Eurospeed Asti's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Eriberto Queirós took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Pinti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 61 minutes into the game, Eurospeed Asti's Mugurel Stanciu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eriberto Queirós made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Eriberto Queirós showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grant Irø, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 66th minute Fortunato Borromeo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eriberto Queirós saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Engenheiros da Vila's Eriberto Queirós played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grant Irø in the 68th minute of play. Adriano Panella's late challenge caught a Eurospeed Asti's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adriano Panella helped the player get up and apologised. Christian Barone took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 76th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Eriberto Queirós. Engenheiros da Vila's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 78th minute Fausto Pinti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eriberto Queirós saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eriberto Queirós showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mugurel Stanciu in the 83rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Engenheiros da Vila defense, Fausto Pinti kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eriberto Queirós. The Engenheiros da Vila fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eriberto Queirós should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Eurospeed Asti getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Alin Pätz hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Doğaner Çokay got free with Damiano Battisti in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Eurospeed Asti fully deserved thier win.
