Vali Cornoiu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Belmiro Montenegro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. Vali Cornoiu's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Belmiro Montenegro firmly grabbed it by the left post. Marcelo Barovero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorginho Mello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pablo Mora hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. A collision led to E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Ruy Melo hit a great ball. After 19 minutes of play, E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Rafinha Custódio made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcelo Barovero was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 23rd minute Vali Cornoiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Belmiro Montenegro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Belmiro Montenegro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from William Villanueva in the 28th minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, GuateFortín's goal looked a bit too open when Rafinha Custódio came free, but Marcelo Barovero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Belmiro Montenegro got control of the ball when Vali Cornoiu tried to sneak it across the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Vali Cornoiu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Belmiro Montenegro. E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vali Cornoiu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rafinha Custódio made a kick off. After 50 minutes, Vali Cornoiu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the GuateFortín and the E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, GuateFortín's Vali Cornoiu got a free kick in the 50th minute. After 56 played minutes E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE got a freekick which was hit by Tite Pombo. E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Belmiro Montenegro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vali Cornoiu in the 58th minute of play. After 59 minutes E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Efrain Peredes who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Efrain Peredes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Belmiro Montenegro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by William Villanueva in the 61st minute of play forced E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's goalkeeper Belmiro Montenegro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. GuateFortín's Juan José Ferrero was substituted for Sarbelio Ayala. GuateFortín's Miguel Ángel Benito was substituted for Vali Cornoiu. In the 65th minute GuateFortín were awarded a corner. Efrain Peredes went to the cornerflag to take it. A collision led to E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Serginho Amorim hit a great ball. In the 73rd match minute, E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luizão do Nascimento to maneuver through the defense. After 74 played minutes, GuateFortín's Efrain Peredes shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Belmiro Montenegro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in GuateFortín reached it. Miguel Ángel Benito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tite Pombo got free with Marcelo Barovero in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 85th minute, Rafinha Custódio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Belmiro Montenegro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Ángel Benito, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafinha Custódio in the 90th minute of play forced GuateFortín's goalkeeper Marcelo Barovero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Belmiro Montenegro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of William Villanueva's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. 94 minutes into the match, GuateFortín's William Villanueva sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Belmiro Montenegro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
