The supporters of Vila Industrial FC booed when Barrenta SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cido Miranda didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Vila Industrial FC's Wang Fei Xing in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Barrenta SC's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wang Fei Xing in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edgar Trigo saved Barrenta SC from getting behind. With a little luck, Vila Industrial FC's Rony Zanette got control of the ball when Sydney Carioca tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wang Fei Xing's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edgar Trigo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Edgar Trigo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wang Fei Xing in the 17th minute of the match. Barrenta SC's Edgar Trigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wang Fei Xing in the 18th minute of play. Edgar Trigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wang Fei Xing, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Vila Industrial FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo José Azevedo came free, but Rony Zanette reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 22 played minutes Barrenta SC got a freekick which was hit by Cido Miranda. 23 minutes into the match, Barrenta SC's goal looked a bit too open when Wang Fei Xing came free, but Edgar Trigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sydney Carioca got free with Rony Zanette in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wang Fei Xing struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Edgar Trigo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vila Industrial FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Fábio Lima in the 31st minute of play forced Vila Industrial FC's goalkeeper Rony Zanette to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Barrenta SC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Cido Miranda hit a great ball. The throw-in from Cido Miranda in the 35th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Vila Industrial FC's Waclaw Wolnik. Edgar Trigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wang Fei Xing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 37 minutes had been played when some careless play by Barrenta SC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jarvis Cock was slow to take the kick. During this time Vila Industrial FC's players had a chance to rest. Wang Fei Xing kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Edgar Trigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wang Fei Xing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wang Fei Xing recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The wind increased when Luiz Fábio Lima made the kick off in the second half. The throw-in from Cido Miranda in the 51st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Vila Industrial FC's Shao Guo Sha. 55 minutes into the game, Wang Fei Xing recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Edgar Trigo. Wang Fei Xing showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. After 60 played minutes, Barrenta SC's Sydney Carioca shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rony Zanette came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Barrenta SC reached it. Wang Fei Xing's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edgar Trigo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. 63 minutes into the game, Vila Industrial FC's Wang Fei Xing nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edgar Trigo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Vila Industrial FC made a substitution. Délio Moura replaced Wang Fei Xing. Barrenta SC's Hugo Gerber was substituted for Luiz Fábio Lima. Vila Industrial FC's Evaristo Porto was substituted for Jarvis Cock. Danilo Nóbrega lost his temper 77 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Vila Industrial FC made a substitution. Manoel Couto replaced Paulinho de Queiroz. In the 76th minute, one of Barrenta SC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Barrenta SC. The goalkeeper, Edgar Trigo, was totally fooled by Vila Industrial FC's Black Power, who 81 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Edgar Trigo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Délio Moura's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. Edgar Trigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Délio Moura in the 86th minute of play. When Délio Moura came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Vila Industrial FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Délio Moura couldn't finish the play. Vila Industrial FC's Waclaw Wolnik quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Cido Miranda, made in the 97th minute of the game. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Vila Industrial FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
