Alfredo Joey stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zlatan Ibrahimov's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. 3-0 became the score in the 42nd minute when Zlatan Ibrahimov elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Otsando Fierro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Alfredo Joey made a huge save. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Felipe Muñoz made the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Palermo's Santiago Mino slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Willian Cuesta. That made the score 3-1 after 54 minutes of play. After 57 minutes of play, ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's Felipe Muñoz made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alfredo Joey was left in no man's land by his defense there! ARES FC DeusDeFutbol made a substitution. Israel Lazcano replaced Erasmo Lartaun. ARES FC DeusDeFutbol made a substitution. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Palermo's goalkeeper Alfredo Joey, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 70 minutes Palermo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Börge Alkvist who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Albert Hufnagel got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Alfredo Joey quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 72 minutes into the game, Zlatan Ibrahimov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Alfredo Joey was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Recai Nusrettin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Willian Cuesta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonel Ieltxu, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Alfredo Joey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zlatan Ibrahimov in the 84th minute of play. In the 86th minute ARES FC DeusDeFutbol were awarded a corner. Börge Alkvist went to the cornerflag to take it. Alfredo Joey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Recai Nusrettin in the 89th minute of the match. Carmel Saba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Palermo made a substitution.
