Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jonathan da Cunha took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 3 minutes of play, XEI NEI XE FC's Genaro Medina made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jerônimo Maranhense was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nando Pinho's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Oscar Gombal firmly grabbed it by the left post. Williams Ferrari recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. XEI NEI XE FC's Oscar Gombal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save XEI NEI XE FC from getting a goal against them. XEI NEI XE FC's Hermengildo Fernandes got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 17thth minute of the game Hermengildo Fernandes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nitra FC's Jerônimo Maranhense was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 21 minutes into the match, XEI NEI XE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan da Cunha came free, but Oscar Gombal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oscar Gombal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gogo Eneko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oscar Gombal was out of position in the 24 minute of play, and Jonathan da Cunha capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jonathan da Cunha really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Oscar Gombal made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Gogo Eneko sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 33 minutes, Nando Pinho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nitra FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nando Pinho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hermengildo Fernandes kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. When Vladimiro Turi fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored XEI NEI XE FC's protests and gave Vladimiro Turi a yellow card for diving instead. After 34 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for XEI NEI XE FC! After some careless play in the XEI NEI XE FC defense, Nando Pinho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Oscar Gombal. The XEI NEI XE FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oscar Gombal should have stopped the shot. Carlos Ribeiro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 38th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Oscar Gombal. XEI NEI XE FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Gogo Eneko scored 4-1 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oscar Gombal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 47th minute of the match, Jonathan da Cunha got a very nice opportunity to score, but Oscar Gombal was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 48th minute of the match Nitra FC got a corner. XEI NEI XE FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Oliver Veentjer ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Oliver Veentjer almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but XEI NEI XE FC's Oscar Gombal did a great save.
With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hermengildo Fernandes in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jerônimo Maranhense saved Nitra FC from getting behind. The supporters of Nitra FC booed when XEI NEI XE FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Jorrin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rd minute of the match Oliver Veentjer shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Oscar Gombal showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Nando Pinho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nitra FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nando Pinho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oscar Gombal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jerônimo Maranhense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Genaro Medina in the 69th minute of play. Nando Pinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Oscar Gombal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, XEI NEI XE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan da Cunha came free, but Oscar Gombal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nando Pinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Gombal having to interfere. Jonathan da Cunha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 82 minutes into the game, Jonathan da Cunha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Oscar Gombal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 87 minutes into the match, XEI NEI XE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nando Pinho came free, but Oscar Gombal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, XEI NEI XE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan da Cunha came free, but Oscar Gombal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Nitra FC's Nando Pinho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oscar Gombal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nando Pinho in the 94th minute of play forced XEI NEI XE FC's goalkeeper Oscar Gombal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 96 minutes had been played when some careless play by XEI NEI XE FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Oliver Veentjer was slow to take the kick. During this time Nitra FC's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Nitra FC's corner Oliver Veentjer fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Oscar Gombal quite easily take care of the ball. XEI NEI XE FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
