The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Andre Miranda kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. João Carlos Cosme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rickard Örnberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 8 played minutes BK Södra got a freekick which was hit by Emil Ahlqvist. Through an outstanding action, after 10 minutes, Maximino Totakoxe successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 22nd match minute, BK Södra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harald Runeberg to maneuver through the defense. After 29 played minutes BK Södra got a freekick which was hit by Robert Axelsson. João Carlos Cosme didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Björn Holmgren went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. If Björn Holmgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Björn Holmgren took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised João Carlos Cosme. João Carlos Cosme dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. After a rather tough play, BK Södra's Alou Anstett got a free kick in the 41st minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rickard Örnberg was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Jim MorrisoN F.C. booed when BK Södra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rickard Örnberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maximino Totakoxe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 许棋坚 in the 57th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olle Barck got free with João Carlos Cosme in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 74 played minutes Jim MorrisoN F.C. got a freekick which was hit by 于岩翔. After 75 played minutes BK Södra got a freekick which was hit by Rickard Örnberg. A collision led to BK Södra getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Rickard Örnberg hit a great ball. Maximino Totakoxe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabrício Toscano, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 78thth minute of the game Fabrício Toscano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BK Södra's Maximino Totakoxe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. João Carlos Cosme was a little too slow when Olle Barck got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 80th minute. The score was now 0-5. If Rickard Örnberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. BK Södra made a substitution. Börje Blomberg replaced Olle Barck. 92 minutes into the match, Börje Blomberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of João Carlos Cosme. Jim MorrisoN F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Börje Blomberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Börje Blomberg scored 0-7 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of João Carlos Cosme, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched BK Södra eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
