Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fernando Morientes started the match with the kick off. Nickolas Steurms lost his temper 11 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. When Mariolo's Laurin Leal in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Tarragona 2006's goalie prevented a goal. Laurin Leal took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Domingo Colsa. Domingo Colsa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Mariolo's Laurin Leal slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Domingo Colsa. That made the score 3-0 after 28 minutes of play. A collision led to FC Tarragona 2006 getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Cristian Mosquera hit a great ball. Laurin Leal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Domingo Colsa made a huge save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Laurin Leal to make the kick off. FC Tarragona 2006's Domingo Colsa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laurin Leal in the 52nd minute of play. Eufrasio Vall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Nóbrega in the 59th minute of play. FC Tarragona 2006 were awarded a corner in the 60th minute after Mariolo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Frutos Bouzon took the corner. With his leg Eufrasio Vall managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when FC Tarragona 2006's Fernando Morientes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Domingo Colsa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laurin Leal, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Domingo Colsa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Umea Loza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Mariolo booed when FC Tarragona 2006 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frutos Bouzon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mariolo made a substitution. Steffe De Hont replaced Laurin Leal. Frutos Bouzon kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Steffe De Hont in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Domingo Colsa saved FC Tarragona 2006 from getting behind. 77 minutes into the game, Jakub Kiwior was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mariolo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Tarragona 2006 the free kick. Jakub Kiwior hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 79th of the match, Frutos Bouzon tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Eufrasio Vall got in the way and made a wonderful save. In the 82nd minute, Jakub Kiwior hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 90 minutes into the match, Mariolo's goalkeeper Eufrasio Vall had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alberto Nóbrega. Domingo Colsa came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Mariolo's Steffe De Hont. But to his dismay, Steffe De Hont quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. FC Tarragona 2006's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
