The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. La Capira's Miltos Baltsakis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save La Capira from getting a goal against them. Kaviedes Sastrias lost his temper 9 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 8th minute of the game. One of La Capira:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Guanacos:s goal. 11 minutes into the match, La Capira's goal looked a bit too open when Danilo Sanchez came free, but Miltos Baltsakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Danilo Sanchez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Miltos Baltsakis. La Capira's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Danilo Sanchez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Denis Pello's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Miltos Baltsakis firmly grabbed it by the left post. With his leg Miltos Baltsakis managed to avoid a goal in the 16thth minute, when Guanacos's Paulo Pierres fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Kacper Jenkot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcial Orlandus having to interfere. With a little luck, La Capira's Miltos Baltsakis got control of the ball when Paulo Pierres tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Paulo Pierres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by La Capira's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Danilo Sanchez was slow to take the kick. During this time Guanacos's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Angelino Clemencin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Miltos Baltsakis quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With his leg Miltos Baltsakis managed to avoid a goal in the 38thth minute, when Guanacos's Paulo Pierres fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Guanacos's Marcial Orlandus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kacper Jenkot in the 39th minute of play. Miltos Baltsakis made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Paulo Pierres sent off a good shot on target. Paulo Pierres blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Miltos Baltsakis having to make a save. Paulo Pierres who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 47thth minute tested the skills of Miltos Baltsakis when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Paulo Pierres did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-0 to the left of a surprised Miltos Baltsakis 47 minutes into the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paulo Pierres made a kick off. Paulo Pierres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miltos Baltsakis having to interfere. Sandro Villarmerin hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. La Capira's Miltos Baltsakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Pierres in the 62nd minute of play. When the match clock showed 67 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Paulo Pierres sped through La Capira's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Miltos Baltsakis. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelo Mendebal in the 70th minute of play forced La Capira's goalkeeper Miltos Baltsakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guanacos were awarded a corner in the 71th minute after La Capira's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Danilo Sanchez took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Pierres in the 72nd minute of play forced La Capira's goalkeeper Miltos Baltsakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 74 minutes, Sandro Villarmerin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Capira and the Guanacos players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 74th match minute, La Capira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sandro Villarmerin to maneuver through the defense. Guanacos's Remigio Ler was substituted for Denis Pello. Miltos Baltsakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Pierres in the 78th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Pierres in the 81st minute of play forced La Capira's goalkeeper Miltos Baltsakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulo Pierres in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Miltos Baltsakis saved La Capira from getting behind. If Paulo Pierres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paulo Pierres blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Miltos Baltsakis having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Samaniego Olasagasti during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to La Capira getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Samaniego Olasagasti hit a great ball. In the 92nd minute, Eustaquio Martxelin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Miltos Baltsakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remigio Ler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Remigio Ler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Leonardo Nieva kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Guanacos had played much better football throughout.
