After a long run with the ball, Cayetano Gaitano did a trick in the 10th minute in front of Bendito Sea El Fernet's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 0-2. An impressive performance by Boxitracio FC's Cayetano Gaitano! Tomás Maule showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cayetano Gaitano in the 12th minute of the match. Cayetano Gaitano took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 15th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tomás Maule. Bendito Sea El Fernet's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Bendito Sea El Fernet's Mario Tipi got a free kick in the 16th minute. Tomás Maule showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romeo Ubarna, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Bendito Sea El Fernet's Tomás Maule played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeo Ubarna in the 24th minute of play. Tomás Maule came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Boxitracio FC's Cayetano Gaitano. But to his dismay, Cayetano Gaitano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Tomás Maule made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Ubarna in the 29th minute of play. After 30 minutes, Abel Uzuri mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bendito Sea El Fernet and the Boxitracio FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Bendito Sea El Fernet getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Abel Uzuri hit a great ball. After 32 played minutes Bendito Sea El Fernet got a freekick which was hit by Mario Tipi. In the 38th minute, Cayetano Gaitano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A sloppy throw-in by Wilfredo Igon in the 43rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Boxitracio FC's Teofilo Dimo. A collision led to Bendito Sea El Fernet getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Marcial Rosio hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Cayetano Gaitano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Boxitracio FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cayetano Gaitano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomás Maule breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cayetano Gaitano to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Boxitracio FC booed when Bendito Sea El Fernet was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cosme Mikelar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Romeo Ubarna might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tomás Maule. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Romeo Ubarna ran back to his position shaking his head. 63 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bendito Sea El Fernet's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cayetano Gaitano was slow to take the kick. During this time Boxitracio FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Cayetano Gaitano almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Bendito Sea El Fernet's Tomás Maule did a great save. Tomás Maule made an important save on a dangerous shot by Romeo Ubarna in the 65th minute. Tomás Maule took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angel Izotz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Romeo Ubarna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Tomás Maule made a huge save. With a little luck, Bendito Sea El Fernet's Tomás Maule got control of the ball when Romeo Ubarna tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mario Tipi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Isidoro Lluis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play.
