The Cachiyuyo EAS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Cachiyuyo EAS's Evaristo Velasco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Co Bayo in the 46th minute of play. After 47 played minutes Alijilán returns got a freekick which was hit by Epifanio Intxixu. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Apolo Romero made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Mario Rodriguez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evaristo Velasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jose Cordarell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgard Polentzi in the 56th minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, Edgard Polentzi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jose Cordarell. Alijilán returns's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edgard Polentzi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Jose Cordarell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgard Polentzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Epifanio Intxixu made in the 65th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Benedito Valentim. After 68 minutes Alijilán returns's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edgard Polentzi who took care of the corner kick. 72 minutes into the game, Fabricio Rencio lined in a short shot 0-3 behind a frustrated Jose Cordarell. Cachiyuyo EAS's Evaristo Velasco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mario Rodriguez in the 82nd minute of play. In the 84th minute Mario Rodriguez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evaristo Velasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Alijilán returns's Jose Cordarell got control of the ball when Fabricio Rencio tried to sneak it across the goal line. 95 minutes into the game, Cipriano Tavio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alijilán returns's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cachiyuyo EAS the free kick. A collision led to Alijilán returns getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Cipriano Tavio hit a great ball.
