In the 18th minute of the match FSX UNITED got a corner. Colo-Colo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Laurín Lamb ran over to the corner to take the kick. 22 minutes into the game, Tito Ugalde recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Salomone Comas. Tito Ugalde showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juliano Escuti in the 25th minute of play forced Colo-Colo's goalkeeper Salomone Comas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FSX UNITED's Xavier Angel Andreu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domenico Báez in the 27th minute of play. Domenico Báez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 31 minutes into the match, FSX UNITED's goal looked a bit too open when Domenico Báez came free, but Xavier Angel Andreu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Salomone Comas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juliano Escuti, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Xavier Angel Andreu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domenico Báez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute, Domenico Báez made a precise shot to the right of Xavier Angel Andreu. FSX UNITED's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Domenico Báez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xavier Angel Andreu having to interfere. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Narciso Pinto to strike the kick off in the second half. Through an outstanding action, after 52 minutes, Xavier Angel Andreu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 53 minutes into the game, Juliano Escuti cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Salomone Comas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lucián Berger replaced David Israel Epulef. In the 88th minute, Odín Reole hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 91 minutes, Arturo Vidal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Colo-Colo and the FSX UNITED players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Colo-Colo booed when FSX UNITED was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Toni Zegers didn't get a good kick on the ball. FSX UNITED were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Colo-Colo for a fine match.
