With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emanuel Vigil in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roland Delbridge saved Los Muchachos del 86 from getting behind. Roland Delbridge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Vigil, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Roland Delbridge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Vigil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Barra Gol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabio Bencivenni in the 20th minute of play. In the 27th minute, Marco Maurino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 29th minute Bernardino Bernal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Barra Gol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Los Muchachos del 86's Cristian Urtzi got a free kick in the 29th minute. Barra Gol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albino Peruanton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roland Delbridge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Vigil, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After having played for 42 minutes, Emanuel Vigil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PEÇONHENTO FC MG's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emanuel Vigil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Waldemar Niedziela kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. After 46 played minutes, Los Muchachos del 86's Cristian Urtzi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Barra Gol came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Los Muchachos del 86 reached it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Los Muchachos del 86's Asiz Soon was substituted for Fabio Bencivenni. The wind increased when Saverio Brion made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Los Muchachos del 86's Asiz Soon got a free kick in the 52nd minute. 53 minutes into the match, Los Muchachos del 86's goal looked a bit too open when Fernandinho Galvão came free, but Roland Delbridge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54th minute PEÇONHENTO FC MG were awarded a corner. Gabriel Delassus went to the cornerflag to take it. 55 minutes into the match, Leonel Pinheiro notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Los Muchachos del 86's Roland Delbridge. Roland Delbridge was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Roland Delbridge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tarcisio Luz in the 63rd minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 66th minute by Ricardo-Enrique Bochini got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. PEÇONHENTO FC MG's Peter Paul Crouch was substituted for Emanuel Vigil. In the 72nd match minute, Los Muchachos del 86 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ladislao Gombal to maneuver through the defense. PEÇONHENTO FC MG's Fabiano Munhoz was substituted for Fernandinho Galvão. PEÇONHENTO FC MG's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gabriel Delassus in the 90th minute. Gabriel Delassus made a great header on PEÇONHENTO FC MG's corner, it was just that Los Muchachos del 86's Roland Delbridge managed to reach the ball for a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Los Muchachos del 86's Ricardo-Enrique Bochini slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Barra Gol. That made the score 2-1 after 92 minutes of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Peter Paul Crouch in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roland Delbridge saved Los Muchachos del 86 from getting behind. Peter Paul Crouch took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roland Delbridge. Roland Delbridge dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. PEÇONHENTO FC MG were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Los Muchachos del 86 for a fine match.
