In the 7th minute Luis Romero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guillen Ubiña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, Estrellas de Caballito's goal looked a bit too open when Estevez Lavega came free, but Jaime Venceslao reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Sporting Buceo fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when Sporting Buceo's Estevez Lavega looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Sporting Buceo's Guillen Ubiña played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Romero in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th match minute, Sporting Buceo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vachon Camaño to maneuver through the defense. Luis Romero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guillen Ubiña having to interfere. Jaime Venceslao took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Estevez Lavega, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alberto Refugio took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Guillen Ubiña. Guillen Ubiña dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Anselmo Pitin's late challenge caught a Sporting Buceo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anselmo Pitin helped the player get up and apologised. Anselmo Pitin hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Guillen Ubiña made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Luis Romero sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Sporting Buceo's Kismi Tojedo got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Favila Heras hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Ciriaco Eneko's late challenge caught a Sporting Buceo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ciriaco Eneko helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Estrellas de Caballito's Ciriaco Eneko got a free kick in the 38th minute. With a little luck, Sporting Buceo's Guillen Ubiña got control of the ball when Luis Romero tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 44th minute, Gilmar Cuadrillero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alberto Refugio kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The wind increased when Luis Romero made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Estrellas de Caballito booed when Sporting Buceo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilmar Cuadrillero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sporting Buceo's Guillen Ubiña played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Romero in the 53rd minute of play. If Nardo Tuo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute, Matias Montrelle left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Estrellas de Caballito fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Sengrat Vid kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. After 73 played minutes Sporting Buceo got a freekick which was hit by Oso Freyle. Guillen Ubiña didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luis Romero went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Romero in the 82nd minute of play forced Sporting Buceo's goalkeeper Guillen Ubiña to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sidoro Romeu's late challenge caught a Estrellas de Caballito's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sidoro Romeu helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Sporting Buceo's Sidoro Romeu got a free kick in the 84th minute. Luis Romero took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Guillen Ubiña. Guillen Ubiña dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Romero in the 94th minute of play forced Sporting Buceo's goalkeeper Guillen Ubiña to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sporting Buceo's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
