The supporters of Galáctico Azul FC™ booed when Agua Santa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cipriano Pinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Cipriano Pinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 25 minutes into the match, Dadá Moura notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Galáctico Azul FC™'s Enrique Belasko. Enrique Belasko was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cipriano Pinho charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cipriano Pinho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Agua Santa's Tomé Mota played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eulalio Vincent in the 33rd minute of play. After 34 minutes Agua Santa's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Erasmo Mark who took care of the corner kick. Gaspar Magdaleno scored 2-1 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tomé Mota, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ernesto Velloso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eulalio Vincent was the one to do the kick off. Alessandro Trancoso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 50th minute. Enrique Belasko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Galáctico Azul FC™'s Enrique Belasko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nico Quintal in the 52nd minute of play. Nico Quintal charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nico Quintal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 54 played minutes Agua Santa got a freekick which was hit by Nico Quintal. In the 55th match minute, Agua Santa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nico Quintal to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Galáctico Azul FC™'s Alfredo Xabel got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 58th minute of the match Jânio Arantes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Enrique Belasko showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Gaspar Magdaleno kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Sidney da Mata hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Agua Santa's Enrique Abreu was substituted for Ernani Valladares. The supporters of Agua Santa booed when Galáctico Azul FC™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Miliano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 68 played minutes Agua Santa got a freekick which was hit by Alessandro Trancoso. Jânio Arantes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Enrique Belasko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play.
