After a defensive mix-up in Gran Pauta AFC's zone, Antoni Mentus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Herbert Tyskie came out of the goal and Antoni Mentus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evandro Tróia got free with Herbert Tyskie in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Herbert Tyskie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antoni Mentus in the 73rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgard Goiz in the 74th minute of play forced FC Oberschlesien's goalkeeper Franciszek Kosiorek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Herbert Tyskie didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valdir Viana went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Gran Pauta AFC defense, Valdir Viana kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Herbert Tyskie. The Gran Pauta AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Herbert Tyskie should have stopped the shot. In the 93rd minute, Evandro Tróia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Oberschlesien fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-9. The Gran Pauta AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Oberschlesien were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
