When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Nicu Vornicu sped through los nadies's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Matan Goleš. Edgar Șeicaru hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Gerardo Onofre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ekhemos Kezdoglou having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Toro Grana stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nicu Vornicu struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. FC Acatar were victorious despite being under pressure from los nadies for much of the match.
