In the 40th minute, Emiliano Velasco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Despidida AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. 48 minutes into the game, Despidida AFC's Czeslaw Kopacz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hipolito Igon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Hipolito Igon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Czeslaw Kopacz in the 56th minute of the match. Emiliano Velasco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Hipolito Igon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. ℬяїsтоl ℭiтџ ★ɓy ℳᾳxjgb★ made a substitution. Cauan Figueiredo replaced Haroldo Turi. Fernando Selatse didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Generoso Navarro went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Roman Tauro hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. The supporters of Despidida AFC booed when ℬяїsтоl ℭiтџ ★ɓy ℳᾳxjgb★ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roman Tauro didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Toro Martínez in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hipolito Igon saved ℬяїsтоl ℭiтџ ★ɓy ℳᾳxjgb★ from getting behind. After taking down the ball on Despidida AFC's corner Fulgencio Furman fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hipolito Igon quite easily take care of the ball. Michael Corleone made in the 73rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Toro Martínez. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roberto Cabañas in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fernando Selatse prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 80th minute of the game Anastasio Bihar made a throw-in which Roberto Cabañas played forward. 85 minutes into the game, ℬяїsтоl ℭiтџ ★ɓy ℳᾳxjgb★'s Roberto Cabañas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fernando Selatse made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. ℬяїsтоl ℭiтџ ★ɓy ℳᾳxjgb★'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 96th minute, when Toro Martínez scored to the left of an out of position Hipolito Igon, making the score, 2-5.
The Despidida AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Despidida AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
