With an all-out effort, Basmane Texas's Caner İlter threw himself towards the right post 40 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Dana Kazım, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Dana Kazım did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-0 to the left of a surprised Caner İlter 42 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON's Caner İlter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dana Kazım in the 54th minute of play. Caner İlter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lionel-Andrés Messia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Caner İlter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lionel-Andrés Messia, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. 58 minutes into the game, Basmane Texas's Dana Kazım nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
