La Cimas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jon Loarte in the 30th minute of play. Marcel Ramos struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Leon Sport Club's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eriberto Capixaba in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jon Loarte to make the kick off. Teodor Buitrago in the 51stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Erasmo Urbez, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Leon Sport Club's goalkeeper Erasmo Urbez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jon Loarte in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck La Cimas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. La Cimas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jon Loarte in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Teodor Buitrago reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Erasmo Urbez. The goal made the score 2-1. Jon Loarte took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised La Cimas. La Cimas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Germán Gacitúa kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Obi Wan Cannabis's goalkeeper La Cimas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. There was no doubt that Leon Sport Club were the better team. Leon Sport Club's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
